Instacart To Hire 300,000 Full-Time Grocery Shoppers

Has the coronavirus crisis put your job on hold? Instacart is ready to help you start collecting a paycheck again. The same-day grocery delivery company says they're going to hire an additional 300,000 full-time contractors to meet the increased demand during the pandemic.

According to Instacart, they've seen order volume increase by 150 percent over the last few weeks, with people also buying more in each order. In addition, in some states like Florida and Texas, they'll even offer paid sick leave if the new personal shoppers are diagnosed with COVID-19.
