Target announced Thursday that it is adding new measures to promote safety and social distancing to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Beginning Saturday, April 4, the company stated "it will actively monitor, and when needed, meter guest traffic in its nearly 1,900 stores nationwide to promote social distancing."
The amount of people allowed to enter the store will be based on the actual store location.
Target also announced that they will provide masks and gloves for all their employees.
