Wellness Shot: Surgeon General Warns This Will Be A Rough Week

The U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams is advising the country that this is going to be a tough week. We should stay at home as much as possible, wear masks outside, wash hands, and maintain the 6 feet apart social distance. But there are little cracks of light appearing in the distance that may indicate we're heading towards the end of this tunnel that the coronavirus has put us in.

Italy, which has been hit very hard by Covid-19, has seen a drop in intensive care beds occupied by patients with coronavirus infections.

In New York, the most impacted state, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the amount of new people entering hospitals daily has dropped, as has the number of critically ill patients who need ventilators. What this means is the steps we're taking are working but it's hard.

How are you keeping your sanity right now??
