Looking for a way to de-stress? Try this super easy yoga pose (do it with your kids!) that brings rest to your central nervous system, rejuvenates your brain, opens your lungs, and generally eases your emotions according to WebMD!
You could do it alone or add a breathing exercise. The one they suggest is the 1-10 breathing exercise.
Inhale to the count of 1 - exhale to the count of 2 and continue to 10:
Inhale 3 - Exhale 4
Inhale 5 - Exhale 6
Inhale 7 - Exhale 8
Inhale 9 - Exhale 10
