Had the coronavirus pandemic not hit, Blue Öyster Cult would have been on the road for their "On Tour Forever" run. So instead, they're using this time to work on their next album.
Thanks to video chat software, the classic rockers can still collaborate from their individual studios.
With each member isolated at home, they came together to record a new "lockdown" version of "Godzilla," posting the non-cowbell hit to their official YouTube channel.
"Hope we can get back on the road and see you all soon. Meanwhile, stay safe & ENJOY!" reads the caption alongside the release.
