Goodwill Reopens Stores & Donation Centers In The Bay Area

After nearly a three month closure, Goodwill stores in Contra Costa County are back open to the public. Shoppers will notice changes inside the store to allow for social distancing and donation drop-offs will also be different. Several locations are also hiring CLICK HERE!

Listed below are the Goodwill stores open for in-store shopping in Solano County and Contra Costa County. These stores are open daily from 10am to 6pm.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS: Goodwill stores will be implementing the following protocols to ensure the safety of staff and customers:

• All customers and staff are required to wear a face covering while in stores and career centers.
• We ask that you maintain a social distance of 6 feet while shopping and in checkout lines.
• As needed, the number of customers inside the store will be limited to allow for appropriate social distancing.
• Public restrooms, Fitting Rooms and water fountains will be closed.  We will not be accepting returns.
• We will require frequent cleanings of hard surfaces, shopping carts and door handles.
• Donations will adhere to social distancing guidelines. Donors will be asked to place donations into containers set outside the donation area. E-Receipts will be available through our text program (details are at the donation area). Paper receipts will also be available.
• Health checks of our employees will be conducted prior to starting their shifts.
