Betty White On Her 70 Years in TV: ‘The Word No Did Not Exist’

95-year-old Betty White recently had an email exchange with Variety and she details how she’s stayed relevant all these years and why the word “no” didn’t exist to her.

Betty White has starred in three long-running successful sitcoms, CBS’ “The Mary Tyler Moore Show,” NBC’s “The Golden Girls” and TV Land’s “Hot in Cleveland,” during her eight decades on television.

When asked what has kept her going all these years and why she selected characters like Sue Ann Nevins and Rose Nylund, White says, “I just love to work and the word “no” did not exist.”

When asked about her favorite TV show, Betty says “Jeopardy” is her go-to and she watches as often as possible.
